How often should you reapply Essential Oils when you have an acute patient who is coming down with an illness? Focus on-
1. Killing out the pathogens with small amounts of frequent doses for essential oils. Mix up your own bottle of oils to add in your applications. Remember that every 20 minutes there are a new colony of bateria growing and bacteria excrete toxic substances that are paracites to our cells.
2. Apply the oils every 15 minutes for 1-2 hours- use a timer!
3. Then apply every 30 minutes for 2 hours-reset your timer!
4. Then apply every 4 hours. Keep a patient log to keep on schedule...you won't remember, especially if you have more than one person sick.
5. Then treat 4 times a day for 10 days.
6. Focus on re-building the body with nutrients, rest and sunshine.
