What should we have in our homes to be prepared for a pandemic? This is what Jacque Gurney taught in her class.
1. Essenital oils for Bacteria & Viruses (see previous post).
2. Vitamins and minerals (especially Vitamon D & C)
3. Collodal Siver Machine- Distilled Water (I have my husband building these...e-mail me if you want one...not sure of the cost yet).
4. Disposable Mask N95 ( I picked up mine at Dunn Edwards Paint Store). You can only use these once and then they need to be thrown away into a closed garbage can. Add a another barrier of protection by rubbing a drop of lemon oil between your hands then rubbing under your nose and on the outside of your mask.
5. Eye Protection.
6. Disposable gloves.
7. Food and Water stored in your home.
8. Essential Oils for Calming and Uplifting Emotions.
9. Gelatin, Veg. Capsules. So You can take the essential oils internally.
10. Games and activites not requiring electricity.
11. Funny movies (if the elctricity is working).
12. Store of faith, prayer & obedience.
13. Garbage bags (If you must go to public places, immediately remove your clothes in the garage when you get home. Bag it up in a trash bag. Do not bring it in the house.
14. Paper towels, Kleenex, disposable cleaning cloths (like lysol but add your oils to them). You will need to throw anything that touches the patient away after you use it on them.
15. Epson Salt and Sea Salt for making bath salts.
16. Organic Honey-to make salves, medicines, & teas.
17. Closed garbage can. (Keep all the bacterias closed up).
18. Difuser to clean the air. (I will let you know if I can get my husband to make these too.)
Have you gotten the colodial silver machines made?
