Our loving and thoughtful 15 year-old son lovingly named me this-in a round-about-way. At his birthday party the waiter asked him if I wanted a piece of cake. He said, "No, she's a little bit psycho about sugar." And so it stuck. My sister loved it and told me to change the spelling to "sigh-cho" for my blog. So there you have it and no I am not Psycho (only about sugar) :)

Sore Throat Punch
Carla's Sore Throat Punch
Make a pitcher of equal parts pineapple juice and orange juice.
Fill a cup with juice. Add 4 whole cloves and heat till very hot.
