Good health starts with good nutrition and digestion! Like all the other systems of our body it’s important to have a healthy digestive system. This weeks’ class will focus on “how and why” to keep your digestive system in good health in order to keep your health on track.
Come prepared to take notes, jot down any questions you might have. Remember this is your class, so feel free to ask about the topics that are of interest to you. Classes are free, so feel free to invite a friend!
As always COMPASS bio-survey will be available by appointment before class or after. First time scans only are $35 per person and $15 for follow up. If you have anyone who is interested in a scan please make sure to pass this on.
